Clamps for water cooled cables
Nowadays a vast variety of clamps are use by water-cooled cables manufacturers but considering our experiences there is two kind verified by our technical specialist suggested for the costumers which are discussed below
Single-use clamps
These clamps are of 201 grade non-mahnetic steel. They are two layered and are pulled by a special aparatous and then locked. It should be mentioned that these clamps cannot be readjusted after locking and the size cannot be changed and hence they are for single time use. It is known by experience that applying multiple use clamps with readjustment capability can lead in issues like not proper sealing, dislocation and damamge to the hose.

Rolled belt clamps
These clamps used to fasten water-cooled cables are in roll form that it can be cut for desired length. Hence it can be used for an arbitrary diameter of the hose. And there is no restriction of the diameter. They are from 201 grade non-magnetic steel too.
To fasten this type, special clamps for roll fasteners are used relative to width and thickness of the clamp and it is done by the special tool.

Clamp bending tool:
To fasten both above-mentioned clamps of the water-cooled clamps, clamp bending tool is used. The need of our customers for such a tool lead us to make it for our costumers.
